Progression

The next qualification is the Intermediate Diploma in Credit & Collections (Level 3)- completing this qualification and having current CICM memebership means that you can use the letters ACICM after your name. Please note - If you take the awards Credit Management and Consumer Collections, you have the opportunity to pass at Level 2 or 3. This means a seamless progression to Level 3 Diploma in Credit & Collections and is a route we recommend.
