Level 4 Diploma in High Court Enforcement

The regulated Level 4 Diploma in High Court Enforcement is designed to meet the qualification requirements of High Court Enforcement Officers.  You will gain an understanding of concepts, processes and techniques in a wide area of High Court Enforcement and is ideal for those aspiring to become authorised.  It will raise your confidence and performance at work.

Candidates will have 24 months to complete this current version of the qualification and new candidates are expected to be enrolled onto the new version of the qualification, from the end of October 2022. New learners are now due to enrol onto the new Level 4 High Court Enforcement syllabus.

What will I learn?

Thie level will give you enhanced knowledge about all area of High Court Enforcement: transfer up to High Court, the enforcement of Writs of Control, Write of possession, Compusory purchase orders, Less common writs and fees and accountancy.

What will I gain?

You will gain a Level 4 Diploma in High Court Enforcement which is required to become qualified as a High Court Enforcement Officer in addition to completing your HCEO log book.  Our structured approach to learning will improve your technical knowledge and teaches useful techniques which can be used daily.  A CICM qualification can increase your earning potential, even while you are still studying.
