Are CICM qualifications recognised by the Money Advice Service?

Yes, CICM Money and Debt Advice qualifications have achieved accreditation against the Money Advice Service (MAS) Quality framework for Initial Contact, Support Work and Advice Work.  This means that learners who achieve these qualifications will have met recognised benchmark standards for the debt advice industry.

What will I learn?

This award will give you foundation knowledge about General Money and Debt Advice.  It will help you understand and implement the principles of best practice.

Yes, you can apply for an exemption if you hold a simliar award accredited by the Money Advice Service.
